What Am I Reading?: “The Librarian Spy”
I have lately been reading books related to libraries and/or booksellers. A disproportionate number of these books are related to World War II.
Why?
No earthly idea. It does make me think that I should create a book list that includes these titles/themes. Look for that coming soon.
Today I started “The Librarian Spy: A Novel of World War II.” Below is a summary of the book as well as some related information.
Summary from Amazon:
“Ava thought her job as a librarian at the Library of Congress would mean a quiet, routine existence. But an unexpected offer from the US military has brought her to Lisbon with a new mission: posing as a librarian while working undercover as a spy gathering intelligence.
