If you are currently earning a master’s degree in:
- Library Science; or
- School Library Media,
then the American Library Association might have a scholarship available for you. Students can apply for scholarships from $2,500 to $8,000 per year.
The types of scholarships include:
- children’s librarianship
- public librarianship
- youth librarianship
- federal librarianship
- new media
- library automation
- minorities / individuals with disabilities
- People currently working in libraries who wish to earn a master’s degree.
The deadline is March 1, 2024. You must be enrolled in an ALA-accredited program.
