California School Library Association Conference begins Thursday

The California School Library Association Conference starts on Thursday, January 30, and runs through the weekend. As is typical for me, I will be presenting at the conference.

My first presentation is Book Floods: 25 Ways to Increase Book Access for Students. This presentation is a shortened version of a forthcoming book on the topic that should drop the beginning of April 2025. Instead of 25 ways, there will be a number still to be determined.

The second presentation is Retirement is Just the Beginning. I am presenting with two former CSLA presidents, Nina Jackson and Connie Williams. We will be looking at what is possible once you have retired from being a teacher librarian. I will be discussing the website and the podcast.

I hope to see you there. If you have never met me or I have never met you, please introduce yourself!
